How Does Invisalign® Work?

What to Expect Each Day
Each day, you will need to wear them for the amount of time your dentist recommends, which usually falls between 20 and 23 hours. You remove them before meals and place them back in afterward. We suggest rinsing your mouth with water or flossing before placing them back in if you consume sugary foods and drinks. You can also take them out before special occasions or prior to brushing and flossing, but be sure you still wear them as long as the dentist recommends.
After around two weeks, you move on to the next set. Over time, the aligners will begin to reposition your smile. You’ll see us for occasional visits, so we can monitor your progress.
